This workshop is designed to introduce an overview of project management for new and experienced individuals who do occasional projects. The program provides the basic tools necessary to plan for, organize, and implement small and large projects. A systematic approach to project leadership (team member interaction) and project management (scope, scheduling, control, results) is introduced with emphasis placed on best practices. Participants get hands on experience in applying the tools to real projects. Participants will able to effectively and efficiently carry out project leadership and management responsibilities toward task, people, and sponsorship.
