We empathize with and support visibly disabled individuals in our companies, families, and communities. But how about folks who are differently abled invisibly? Mental conditions like depression, anxiety, and attention deficit disorder are much more prevalent than we might realize, as are chronic physical conditions like diabetes, arthritis, and sleep apnea. Learn how to adapt to these situations in the workplace and empower those affected by them.
