HOUCK & CHRISTENSEN CPAs, LLC: www.YourAviationCPA.com - Specializing in General and Business Aviation

Houck & Christensen CPAs, LLC specializes in assisting with tax and accounting services specific to the aviation industry. Working with aircraft owners and their advisers in order to maximize income tax benefits, maintain compliance, and reduce audit risk through co-sourcing services. The rules and regulations governing aircraft use and income tax deductibility are complicated. Our knowledgeable team helps to navigate the rules and regulations pertaining to aircraft operations in order to help clients maximize tax benefits while properly substantiating income tax deductions.

Julianne Christensen has dedicated her career to helping the aviation community properly account for personal and business use in aircraft operations. Her collective experience as a general practitioner in public practice and industry-specific knowledge helps her to better advise clients as they navigate the accounting rules and regulations pertaining to private aircraft operations, both Part 91 and Part 135.

She started her career as a CPA in public practice preparing federal and state income tax returns for various industries including oil and gas, equipment operating & leasing, real estate and many others. Then changed her career path from a general practitioner to a specialized aviation focus in February of 2009 when she accepted a position as the CFO of a FAR Part 135 charter operation. After several years in industry she expanded her practice which ultimately lead to the co-founding of Houck & Christensen CPAs, LLC.
