Description

I joined the firm in 1986 after receiving a Bachelor of Science in Accounting with honors from the University of Wyoming. I became the managing director in 2013. Along with the other staff members, I am involved in all aspects of the firm. In addition to providing taxation services to our clients, I am the Audit Director, traveling extensively throughout the state of Wyoming overseeing audits and providing management consulting services to our audit clientele. I devote a substantial amount of time in keeping current with the ever changing rules and regulations of governmental and not-for-profit organization accounting and auditing. I serves as the Governmental Audit Quality Director and participates in the activities sponsored by the AICPA Governmental Audit Quality Center. In March of 2005, I earned the designation of Certified Fraud Examiner and have expanded my knowledge in this area by also joining the Forensic CPA Society. I still find time to be active in professional and civic organizations and enjoy my civic involvement in the Five Trails Rotary Club. I chair the National Intercollegiate Rodeo Association Foundation Style Show Committee and recently served on the Wyoming Society of CPA's Board of Directors. My spare time is filled with my family in activities of camping, riding ATVs, and trap shooting.
