Highlights

This two-day conference is focused on leadership skills for those young professionals under the age of 40.  Two major components will be discussed.  The first deals with self-awareness.  Having a high degree of self-awareness is one area that makes for an intentional leader.  Intentional influence leads into the second component to be discussed which is externally focused.  The group will look at how to use their individual strengths to influence others.  Everyone wants to make an impact on someone else and this theme focuses on that.
