This program improves presentation skills to influence the decisions and actions taken by their organizations. All facets of presentations are reviewed with six presentation practices. Individuals assess overall effectiveness and build skills to maximize their ability to move audiences into action. This course will help reduce anxiety and show you how to appear professional and confident during presentations. With carefully set opening, persuasive reasons, and a powerful close, participants will achieve their objectives.


  • Persuasion techniques
  • Practice sessions that are supplemented by one-on-one coaching
  • Progress is recorded and attendees receive their video/DVD
  • Analyze audience's needs and concerns
  • Identify objectives/outcomes and organize presentations
  • Develop PowerPoint to enhance/reinforce presentations
  • Use effective delivery skills
