Some employees need very little of your time, but most employees-even top performers-require regular feedback. However, most managers are not clear about what constitutes useful feedback. Gain clear and practical advice about the elements of productive feedback, knowing when to engage a feedback session, how to be effective interpersonally when discussing difficult topics and how to seek feedback for yourself.
