Registration

Registrations may be placed by mail, fax or telephone, using Visa, MasterCard or Discover. You may also register via our website at www.wyocpa.org. Checks need to be made out to WYOCPA. Postmarks are considered the effective date of registration. Credit cards will be charged within seven days of the course.

Member Fee

WYOCPA members are afforded a membership registration discount of $50 for any 8-hour class. AICPA members are afforded a membership discount of $30 for any AICPA sponsored 8-hour class. There are no discounts given for 2 or 4 hour classes.

Firm Discount Fees

When a firm sends five or more employees to a class, they will receive a $30 discount per person attending the class. This discount applies to 8 hour or longer classes only.

Late Fees

When a registration is made less than 30 days prior to the course, and room is available in the course, a late fee of $100 per person will be charged.

Confirmation

Upon receipt of course registration and fee payment, a confirmation will be emailed indicating time, date and location of course. If confirmation is not received three days prior to the course date, contact the WYOCPA to confirm receipt of registration.

Classroom Etiquette

Please plan to be at the facility at least 10-15 minutes before the start time, to give yourself time to sign-in, collect materials and get settled so as not to disrupt the speaker or the rest of the class. You must be present for the entire duration of the class to receive full credit. In the event you need to leave class early, partial credit may be granted if properly documented on the CPE Credit Form.

Cancellations/Transfers/Substitutions

  • Cancellations received 8 days prior to the course will forfeit $25.00.
  • Cancellations received 7 days or less before the course will forfeit 50% of the fee. However, you may send a substitute or transfer to another course to avoid the penalty.
  • Cancellations made on the day of the course will forfeit the entire fee.
  • If a late fee was assessed and the registrant cancels, the late fee is forfeited. “No Shows” forfeit the full registration fee.
  • WYOCPA reserves the right to cancel a course due to an insufficient number of registrations. Notice will be given to registrants and a full refund will be sent or transferred to another course.
  • WYOCPA will make every effort to notify registrants if dates and locations of courses are changed.

CPE Credit/Form

Attendees will receive an email with the CPE course evaluation attached within a week of the course being completed. Once the evaluation is completed and “Submit” is hit a CPE Credit form for the completed course will appear on the screen. It will be the responsibility of the attendee to maintain a copy of their CPE Credit form.

ADA Special Services

Should you have any special needs, please notify the WYOCPA upon registration. The Society will be more than happy to accommodate you in any way that we can.

Special Dietary Needs

Please inform the WYOCPA staff at the time of your registration if you have any special dietary needs so that we can make the proper arrangements.
